Acetate border tape (density 125 μm, h 100 mm)
Border tape - an acetate film used to line the inner side surface of a baking pan or to create a chocolate decoration. The border tape is transparent, dense, without a pattern, so it will not distract from the appearance of the confectionery product.

Methods of using acetate film:
1. Line the inner surface of the mold with a film.
2. Put sponge cake, fruit, jelly or mousse in the middle of the mold with a film. We put the form in the refrigerator.
3. After the dessert hardens, the film can be removed.
