Dry food synthetic dye with dark purple, saturated color - Plum jam.
When dry, the dye can be used to add shades to sugar flowers and decorative elements in the manufacture of cakes, gingerbread and pastries.
Used for coloring chocolate, cocoa butter and glazes, as well as mirror glazes and ganache.
 It is introduced into the product in pure form, without dilution in anything.

This dye is not suitable for coloring oil and protein creams, mastics and airbrushing.
