Royal Icing 300 grams
Dry mix for making Royal icing. Used in decorating cakes, cookies, cakes and other confectionery. Royal icing can be used in different techniques: contour, thread, filling, piping. The process of preparation of confectionery mass, is quite simple: you must take the right amount of dry mix and cool purified water, mix and beat for 1-2 minutes on the mixer or whisk. In the mixture a minimum of components:ideal ratio of powder is very finely ground and powdered pasteurized egg whites. Ready confectionery mass may be stored for a couple of days in the fridge covered with a damp cloth or in a tightly closed container. The icing dries well, and after drying, has a nice white gloss. Well-colored food dyes. The shelf life of the mixture: 1 year
