The master stencil Template "Triangle-2"
The wizard creates a Stencil stencils for exclusive decorations of confectionery from chocolate, icing and the icing! We will develop for You an individual pattern based on any logo or image.
When working with stencil should follow a few basic rules.
- Ready plastic wrap with a picture to put on the template, if you use special socotrensis the image should be placed so that its image exactly coincides with the stencil.
- Take the melted glaze to a temperature of 32°C or pre-tempered chocolate and evenly applied to the stencil, the frosting spatula, filling all cells. Important! On a flat surface of the stencil should remain the minimum amount of chocolate or frosting.
- At room temperature, leave for 30 – 60 minutes to harden, then put in the fridge for 15 – 30 minutes to cool.
- Extracted finished product, pre-carefully removing plastic wrap. If the product is too thin, apply additional layer of chocolate or glaze and re-cooled it in the fridge.
- Working without the use of transfers, should be plastic wrap to put under the stencil and repeat the procedure described above.
Important! Working with icing, should be deleted paragraph cooling in the fridge, replacing it, for hardening at room temperature.
Stencils are made of high quality plastic material. Prevent deformation of the stencil is not difficult, recommended: do not pour hot ground and do not wash it in hot water, store in a dry place away from heating objects, avoid direct sunlight.
