Dry mix for cooking sugar confectionery glaze. Used in decorating gingerbread, cookies, cakes and other confectionery. This unusual iscing consists only of natural ingredients, and does not contain animal products. The product is based on the product sugar powder thin grinding and aquafaba (dried decoction of bean cereals). The process of preparation of the finished pastry mass is simple enough: it is necessary to take the desired amount of dry mixture and cool purified water, mix and beat over 1-2x minutes on a mixer or a whisk. The ready-mixed mixture has a tender, pasta-like texture, ideally suitable for pouring gingerbread and cookies, glazing cakes, donats, buns, cakes and other products. The finished confectionery mass can be kept a couple of days in a fridge cover with a damp cloth or in a tightly closed container. The icing dries a little longer, in comparison with protein iceings, but it is not inferior to them in taste, after drying, it has a beautiful gloss. Easy painted with food dyes.
